1. Who we are

Trading Armour (“we”, “us”) is a crypto trading software product operated from Punjab, India, available at tradingarmour.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect and why.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, WhatsApp or Telegram username and email address.
• Account and membership details, such as your plan, start and end dates and access credentials for the terminal.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by [payment provider name]. We receive confirmation of payment and basic billing details, but we do not see or store your full card or bank details.
• Website usage data, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Telegram or email.

3. Exchange API keys and terminal settings

If you use the trailing stop bot, you enter your Bybit or Binance API keys into the terminal. These keys are saved in your own browser’s local storage on your device, and orders are signed on your device and sent directly to the exchange. We do not receive or store your API keys on our servers.

Your terminal preferences, watchlists, alarm settings and any Telegram bot details you add are also stored in your browser. Clearing your browser data removes them. We recommend creating API keys with trading permission only and never enabling withdrawals.

• To give you access to Trading Armour and manage your membership

• To send important service messages, such as renewal reminders or updates

• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Sharing your data

We only share data with service providers who help us run Trading Armour, such as our payment provider, website hosting, analytics and messaging platforms, and only as needed for them to do their job. We may also share data when the law requires it.

Our website uses cookies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well without them.

7. Storage and security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data. No online system is 100% secure, so please keep your login details, devices and exchange accounts protected, and use two-factor authentication on your exchange.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

8. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for its use. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

Trading Armour is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
