Terms & Risk DisclaimerClear rules. Honest risks.
The terms for using Trading Armour, and the risks of crypto trading you should understand before you start.
Last updated: September 2026
Risk warning: Trading crypto futures is high risk. Leverage can make losses grow fast, and you can lose all the money in your trading account. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
By buying, accessing or using Trading Armour (“the software”) or tradingarmour.in (“the website”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the software.
1. Risk warning
Crypto prices can move sharply in seconds. Futures trading uses leverage, which increases both gains and losses. Market gaps, low liquidity and exchange problems can cause losses larger than planned, including trades closing beyond your stop loss.
2. What Trading Armour is
Trading Armour is trading software. It displays signals, levels and market data, scans coins for setups, sends alerts, and can help manage trades you open on your own exchange account. It is a tool; every trading decision is yours.
3. No financial advice
Nothing in the software, on this website, on our YouTube channel or in our messages is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We are not registered investment advisers. Consider speaking to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
4. Signals and past results
- Signals, take profit and stop loss levels are generated by rules and formulas. They can be wrong, and many trades will lose.
- Past signal results shown in the software are calculated on historical candles. They do not guarantee future results and do not include every real-world cost, such as fees, funding and slippage.
- “AI” features apply rules and filters to market data. They cannot predict the future.
5. Bot, API and exchange risks
- The semi-automatic bot depends on your internet connection, your device, your browser staying open and the exchange’s systems. Any of these can fail, delay or reject orders.
- Exchanges may change their rules, limits or APIs, suspend trading or experience outages at any time.
- You are responsible for your API keys. Create them with trading permission only and never enable withdrawals.
- Always check your open positions and stops directly on the exchange.
6. Your responsibilities
- You are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to trade crypto where you live.
- You follow the rules of your exchange and the laws of your country, including tax rules on crypto trading.
- You keep your login, devices and exchange accounts secure.
- You don’t copy, resell, share or reverse-engineer the software.
7. Membership and access
Your membership gives you personal, non-transferable access to the software for the plan period you paid for. One membership is for one user. We may suspend access if these terms are broken, for example by sharing logins or reselling access. Features may be added, improved or removed over time.
8. Payments and refunds
Plan prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page. [Add your refund policy here, e.g. whether refunds are offered and within how many days.]
9. Intellectual property
The software, the Trading Armour name and logo, and all website content belong to Trading Armour. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
The software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Trading Armour is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or losses caused by software errors, delays, exchange issues, internet outages or decisions you make using the software. Where liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the latest version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the courts of [your city], Punjab.
